Bar W Beef Sales Assistant

Bar W Beef is seeking a Sales Assistant to support our growing operation. This position is Monday–Friday and may be part-time or full-time depending on qualifications and availability.

The ideal candidate will have meat industry experience, be highly organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role supports our Sales Manager and includes order entry, coordination with production and packaging, invoicing, customer communication, and administrative duties. The position also offers the opportunity to apprentice and grow into a future salesperson.

Requirements

• Meat industry knowledge or experience
  
  

• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  
  

• Ability to learn and use systems such as QuickBooks and VistaTrac
  
  

• Self-starter with excellent attention to detail
  
  

• Able to manage frequent interruptions and daily deadlines
  
  

• Must be available for regular sales meetings
